This is about Familily Law House employees:

Ms. Ida Prisak (legal case handler)

Ms. Helle B.F. Nielsen (psychologist)

• A ``sagkundig erklæring or sagkundig undersøgelse´´ is an investigation of the parents by a psychologist to determine if they are fit to take care of a child, who is best to cooperate etc. And one of the most important reports in a familiy law case (if chosen that one is necessary)
• Family Law House actively refuses to adminster important parts of the fathers evidence. Even after sending it multiple times. Therefore important evidence could not be selected for the psycholigical investigation.
• Family Law House doesnt follow their own assignment, not factually investigating the topics of the assignment. And framed in the report later as for example ``the mother seems thrustworthy´´ while both the case handler and psychologist where informed that there is direct evidence available contradicting the mother's statements.
• Dad is refused to defend himself against a false accusation by the mother about violence to the child. The false accusation is included in the documents to the psycholigist, all of the fathers defence is left out. And even after 5+ times requesting, still deliberately left out.
• 31th of Oct 2024 the judge stated in his verdict that ``the mother was known for taking the right into her own hands´´. This is the summary of many many lies, false accusations, and two child abductions. Confirmed by 9 verdicts in favor of the father. And ALL, ALL evidence the father had collected (and damaging for the mother) was deliberately left out of the psychological investigation. Even after 5+ letters informing both the case handler and psychologist from Family Law House, still deliberately left out.
• Father’s conversations with the psychologist: Why am I not allowed to defend myself against a false complaint on violence to our child? The evidence is there? What if your child had evidence for something he/she didnt do and was not allowed to use it? Psychologist: I dont comment on that. - Father mentioning facts about the mother about brainwashing, health care statements, medicin use, faking couples therapy, false accusation, that all evidence is there. Psychologist doenst even blink and deliberately ignores it all.
• Father says to psychologist that she has a huge influence on our sons future with this report. Psycholigst answers ``that it is for sure she will be the one determining what his future will look like´´. As we have seen, playing for a judge herself with illegal actions.
• Psychologist lying to the father two times. 1. Lying about that she said I could send a list with documentation which she later denies have said 2.Lying about that she cannot decide about the documentation in the case, where the case handler says exactly the opposite.
• The end results is a glorifiying report that the mother is fantastic. In fact, based on the report there doesnt exist a better mother in denmark if you read it. But on the other side, we have two illegal child abductions, many serious false accusations, lying in front of a judge, other numerous lies etc. And the case handler and psychologist both knowing this evidence exists. All deliberately left out. That is just pure descrimination, case manipulation, and an illegal act in my opinion.
• And the reward for the father, for pointing out the misconduct? Refused further investigation putting him in a difficult position for the court because now there is a report on the mother but not on the father. And Ida Prisak framing the father as uncooperative and not willing to follow the assignment which the father experiences as slander. And now the father needs to spend money on a lawyer again, time and energy, to try to make authorities follow the fules and protect his sons rights.

And the Family Court in Aarhus, ruled against the illegal process by Family Law House.

The Family Court ruled in favor of the father, that there should come a full new BSU investigation on both parents (see attachment).
