The Family Law House is a governmental body which handles all Familily Law cases in Denmark, before the cases go to the Family Court. In Danish this body is called Familieretshuset.
The workers are not judges, they are case handlers who should be specialist in the area.
For many years there have been issues with extreme long case handling duration, discrimination and illegal alienation of children.
A very concerning statement by the responsble Minister in 2024 summarizes it all and shows that the leadership in the country actively approves the misconduct:
"Er det mændene der taber i ligestillingen på familieretsområdet?"
"Absolut ja. - Ligesom det er kvinderne der taber på løn når vi taler om arbejdsmarkedet.
Familieretshuset spejler den skævhed der er i samfundet i det hele taget.
Det er mere end 90% af kvinderne som er bopælsforældre."

Summary of Misconduct by the Family Law House in Axels case
- Family Law House accepts application by the mother, where the mother requests main custody over the child, where the former case was just closed 6 months ago, and the court just that same month ruled that she had abducted the child (kept away from the father) again for the second time(!) How absurd.
- Family Law House refuses to handle the request for less time for the child with the mother, which was based on day care actively asking for help giving the child more stability and less shifts between parents. Father has main custody, therefore the child automatically would get less time with the mother, if the day care actively askes for it. At least this would be normal to follow up on, but the Family Law House refuses to handle it.
- Many small case actions always fall in favor of the mother, fx the mother’s lawyer gets an indefinite amount of postponement request, where Family Law House even states that they couldnt handle the case because of the mothers lawyer requesting postponing, based on no grounds actually. So it is the mother lawyer now that determines whether the child gets help or not? How absurd.
- Family Law House refuses to administer evidence the father sends in. Refuses it multiple times. Which is illegal, but Family Law House does it anyway.
- Family Law House refuses to handle request from the father to give the child equal Xmas holiday with both parents, with a consequence of the mother having most days with the child.
- Family Law House denies the dad to defend himself against the false accusation by the mother about violence to the child. Family Law House includes the mother’s false reports int he psychological investigation, and the fathers evidence is refused, in fact ALL fathers evidence about lies and manipulation by the mother is deliberately left out of the investigation.
