This is about the Family Center (separate division) and Child Center (separate division) of Aarhus Kommune (Aarhus Municipality).

Me as a father, I have experienced very disturbing behavior by these municipality employees. I have never felt so discriminated in my life. And often misconduct with direct negative consequences for our child (fx. lack of help).

The system is build to protect the system. And me and Axel where also very unfortunate with the manager of the department (Dan Hjernø Nielsen), whom due to his personality, was only interested in not acknowledging mistakes his department made, and instead of helping, starts attacking me for pointing out the misconduct.

So instead of keeping the conflict levels down, and finding the root cause if the issues (numerous false reports and manipulation by the mother) he decided to attack the father which gave the mother even more incentive and confidence to continue her crusade.

The below is behavior from Municipalities which parents in Denmark experience every single day. This has to stop.

Summary of Misconduct by the Municipality in Axels case

• Numerous times denied my right to be heard - which is the ultimate legal base right of each civilian and parent - and important for equal treatment and getting the full picture and facts on important matters
• Before things escalated I already tried to get help for our family by reaching out to the family department, me as a foreigner with bad Danish, being concerned about the mothers state of mind, I just got blown off, didnt take me seriously.
• Municipality denied my right to be heard, helped the mother with taking the child away, where the family court a few weeks later (with full 360 view on the case, and incl hearing both sides) decided that our son had to go back to his father.
• When the mother decided to IGNORE THE COURT VERDICT, I asked for the municipalty for help in form of mediation, but they refused. So they helped a mother ILLEGALLY taking a child away, and then then refuse to help the father with bringing the child LEGALLY back again. How absurd.
• Refused to help when the mother was actively brainwashing our son. Completely denying it. Even while the evidence was there.
• Mother has come with multiple severe false accusation about violence to the child and neglect. When the father later comes with evidence that these accusation, based on hard facts, are impossible to be true, they wipe it all under the carpet. Their motto: defend the mother at all costs.
• Government employees are obligated to inform illegal matters to the police when they have a suspicion, they deliberately dont do that.
• After a series of proven false accusations and proof of the mother lying to the municipality employees, they still do nothing, no warning, nothing. This incentifies the mother even more to continue because she just ``might get lucky´´ some day.
• Case handler Katrine Krag Ørsted trying to force psychologocal help for the child SOLELY based on a meeting with the mother, no fact checking, not hearing daycare, not hearing the father, without any recent knowledge about the child.
